Come on, how can a film in which Murphy plays a fast-talking literary agent who learns to love his family again thanks to some life lessons thrown down by a magic tree be that bad?
The film has received 50 negative reviews out of 50. This is unprecedented, even though Murphy's films have been on the decline he is still an A-Lister, isn't he? So here's something to do this weekend, go see A Thousand Words. Don't swear at me, sneak in - I wouldn't ask you to pay for this. Then go and 'obtain' these films below, all of which have received a zero from Rotten Tomatoes:
Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2
Surfer, Dude
Bucky Larson: Born to be a Star
Big Mamma's Boy
Lost Boys: The Thirst (I actually own this film, so you can borrow it)
And you decide if Eddie Murphy's A Thousand Words truly is the worst film of all time.
I wonder if Arnold is rethinking his Triplets idea right about now?
